Gallery visit: Kindl Centre for Contemporary Art
Last week a group of Transmitter students ventured out to visit the Kindl Centre for Contemporary Art in Neukölln. What used to be a local brewery, underwent major works and has been operating as a space for young artists since 2016. Artworks from various fields (painting, sculpture, performance, film…) await visitors, inspiring discussions and thoughts.
Mechi and the group took their time to explore the current four exhibitions. The lovely beer garden on site was not yet open, so the group had a few drinks afterwards in a nearby café.
Shout out to our wonderful students who come to our gallery visits and events, making Transmitter more than a place for learning German. We are already scouting places and events for next time, so stay tuned!
