Your speaking is coming along well, but German grammar is still challenging? You’re definitely not alone!
Grammar can be one of the toughest parts of learning a language, which is why we’ve created a special course: “Grammar A2+” – designed to close those grammar gaps and boost your confidence when speaking German.
This course is taught in both English and German, and each session focuses on a different grammar topic. We’ll build on what you already know, helping you review and deepen your understanding of key grammar concepts.
The course takes place every Friday morning for six weeks and covers essential grammar topics from the A-levels, including:
* Accusative and dative cases
* Personal and relative pronouns
* Prepositions
* Word order in sentences
* Reflexive verbs
* Adjective endings
* The passive voice (with werden)
* …and more!
This class is ideal if you’ve already completed level A2.1 or are currently doing B1, but feel like you need extra grammar support to really master the material.
Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your grammar skills while learning in a fun, supportive group environment!
The next course starts on September 26th and runs until November 7th, 2025, every Friday (except October 3rd) from 10:00 to 11:30 AM.
As part three of our little learning tips series, we’d like to move away from grammar focus for a moment and have a look at something just as important: vocabulary ✨
Did you hear the news? We’re happy to share that Robert is continuing to teach with us — even while he is currently based in India. Thanks to our online format, he’s able to stay fully connected with his students and bring the same energy, structure, and support to his classes as always ✨
Last week a group of Transmitter students ventured out to visit the Kindl Centre for Contemporary Art in Neukölln. What used to be a local brewery, underwent major works and has been operating as a space for young artists since 2016.
What do a starving polar bear, a family-friendly fish, a ruthless billionaire, concerned patients, passionate lawyers and a group of curious pupils have in common? At Transmitter, you could experience them all on Friday afternoons in the course ‘Performing and Learning German’, which Francesco ran as part of his PhD project.
We’re happy to invite you to our next cultural outing — a visit to one of Berlin’s most exciting contemporary art spaces: the KINDL – Centre for Contemporary Art.
