Visit Künstlerhaus Bethanien with us!
We’re happy to invite you to our next cultural outing — contemporary art and interdisciplinary projects await you in: Künstlerhaus Bethanien.
Next Friday (26.06), our wonderful teacher Mechi will take you to Künstlerhaus Bethanien, where you can discover approximately 730 square meter of exhibition space, with internatioanl contemporary art—housed in the historic “Lichtfabrik” in the heart of Kreuzberg.
Located in this district that is celebrated for its productive energy and diversity, Künstlerhaus Bethanien has one of the world’s oldest and most established residency programs, that offer artists from all corners of the globe the opportunity to live, work, and showcase their projects in Berlin.
At the moment, the space is showing a range of exhibitions by the current residents: Shunsaku Hayashi, Madeleine Kelly, Ruti de Vries, Ezra Simek, Kosuke Nakane and Noé Duboutay, offering diverse perspectives and innovative approaches to contemporary art.
After the exhibition, we’ll round off the evening with relaxed conversations and a few drinks at Südblock — the perfect opportunity to exchange impressions, practice your German, and enjoy a nice summer evening together.
